[TYPO3-core] RFC: #15875: Remove table width of 480 in page module

Problem:
There is a limitation of 480 in the main table of the page module. as
the space is needed in many situations (see the screenshots) and there
is no real reason to for it

Solution: remove limit. If there is a reason, better place is still css
