Please really don't create a checkbox which creates a checkbox which can
be checked or not to achieve a behaviour!

Just create a checkbox whhich turns the behaviour on or off (and as any
user setting) can be overriden with TsConfig.

I did it already for the "Extended view". Please see v5 in #10533.
