[TYPO3-core] RC1pre1 - Feedback #1

I've recevied two feedbacks from users who are monitoring the core list but 
cannot post.

Answers:

1. I will do that but don't find it critical, so it has to wait until next 
week

2. It seems the parser expects a comma after each element in 
config_default.php. Therefore I have changed this now. (Will commit later)

3. This MUST be done by Karsten!! If you cannot do it in time, then you must 
send me at least an information that can be added to the announcement. 
Otherwise it will definitely confuse the users.

Hi,

I've just checked typo3-4.0rc1pre1 and found the following "issues".

1. In the dummy-package under "typo3temp" there doesn't exists some
folders like "pics". The install tool complains about that and you have to
create them manually.

2. Please insert an explanation for
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['SYS']['maxFileNameLength'] in the "All Configuration"
settings.

3. If I change the language of my admin-be-user to german I get the
error-message:
"The selected language is not available before the language pack is
installed in typo3conf/l10n/.
Please ask your system administrator for this."
I've installed "csh_de" and "ts_language_de". But this doesn't removed the
warning.
