[TYPO3-team-core-v5] The Notepad

Hi all,

I start this thread as a kind of public notepad for stuff that we talked
about at some point or want to do "when time".

So today I spoke with Bastian about creating a
Flowstarters.ViewHelperIncubator to drop viewhelpers in that could be
useful. Later on it could be nice to make a "builder tool" to grab the
viewhelpers you need from a "repository" of viewhelpers. -> Maybe an
idea for GSoC

I had the idea of creating a Flowstarters.DeveloperTools package, which
could include such things as: https://review.typo3.org/#/c/13993/ or
similar stuff. Just an idea to be discussed.

Trying to migrate the Conference package to latest master I stumpled
upon the problem that my freshly created composer project didn't
actually include the lastest package versions, so:
composer create-project -s dev --keep-vcs typo3/neos-base-distribution
T3Con13De dev-master
needed a
composer update --dev
to really be on dev-master. We should investigate that.
