Hi

I just updated CVS.

Now there is support for TemplaVoila, the rejecting functionality should be
working properly and I fixed some access checking.

I will add no more functionality before the RC, but only make some stuff
configurable.

Enjoy, and I hope to get some more feedback before the release...
