[TYPO3-v4] ExtJS split bar trouble

Hi,

Since the upgrade to ExtJS 3.4.0, resizing the tree and module menu 
frames doesn't work as expected at least in Chrome, probably due to some 
internal changes in ExtJS:

SteffenK implemented some "trick" to make the splitbars wider than they 
are by default (10px instead of 1px). Dragging them only works on 1 of 
the 10px, where you have a cursor:hover.

This is a blocker for me, and if it will not be fixed soon, I ask for 
reverting back to ExtJS 3.3 few days before RC1.
