[TYPO3-v4] Filelinks Wizard for selecting path (can be the same like it is for headers)

Hi guys,

using TYPO3 4.5.2 i found a small usability issue:

CTYPE Filelinks has no wizard for selecting the path
(can be the same like it is for headers, but only for dirs)

I think this was fixed in 4.4 or so and now it's missing again ;)
