Hello Ernesto,

I personally only use camtasia studio from techsmith.
This is a relativ expensive screencasting software:

(good recording and superb postproduction ;)

There is also a version for mac.
If i need to record linux actions i use linux in a vm and then use
camtasia studio.

But there are some opensource / freeware solutions as well:

(I used it, recording is good, but there was no postproduction)
