Inside the review next to each pat set there is a link (gitweb), click 
it.. This will give you the usual gitweb view...

if you want to see the diff you just select 'commitdiff' in the header 
row...

... for download you (rickt-)click 'raw'

three-click operation, not too bad is it ;)

P.S.: In case you dont want to sync the patches to your local clone:
git fetch origin refs/changes/*:refs/changes/*
git show refs/changes/XX/XX/XX which seems to be the 2 chars of the id, 
the id and the revisions...you can take it from review...
pretty amazing... ;) [not yet supported on github]
