[TYPO3-v4] Faster Backend - current state

Hello Xavier,
Hello Core Team,

i had a quarter hour phonecall with steffen kamper about the card layout
and the extjs toolbar - he likes my ideas.

I send him the modified files (some minutes ago) and he will review the
code.

Additionally, i think, we will think about an API to easily integrate
Extjs stuff standardized after the onReady event is done. (but this is
in review and just an idea).
