[TYPO3-v4] Loading indicator when accessing a page in the backend

Everything can be changed, you just need to know, how.

I think I will provide a tiny tiny skin "extension", which does this 
job, if the mask stays.

So I would say: No need for a configuration option, can be customized in 
the usual way.
