[TYPO3-v4] Just a few rants (don't take it offensive)

As it will not have any impact on the 4.5 release it's better not to continue this discussion about 
the general structure.

I will try to follow your advice and get used to it, but I can't promise that I won't come back 
later with still some rants about the structure (hopefully not a few days before 4.6 release).
