[TYPO3-v4] Introducing the "card layout" in 4.5

Hello Helmut,

the patch can be modified so, that the cards are not automatically
created in 4.5 (small change in addModulefunction of em).

Than we have to following effects:

 - old modules behave like they've done in 4.5 and before
 - native extjs only modules use the card mechanism

This way the speed improvement is introduced in 4.6 for all modules and
in 4.5 for the modules which are programmed in pure extjs ;)

Hope that's a way to go?!

I'd like to not add a switch to disable it completly, as more and more
modules are done with extjs (so they can be done in pure extjs without
an iframe) ... hope you agree.
