[TYPO3-v4] TER permanent link to online manual

Hello guys,

Linking to an extension is quite easy:

http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/view/piwik/current/

Is there an easy way to have such links for the current online manual as
well?

http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/extension-manuals/piwik/3.1.7/view/

The above example is just for version 3.1.7. and replacing 3.1.7 with
current show just the toc.
