[TYPO3-v4] Mr. Jenkins will complain about CGL issues

Hey Christian,

yes, I saw this. Lamda functions are new for me, so I have to read some
stuff about it to understand the syntax. But this sniff is provided by
PHP_CodeSniffer itself, so I have to report an issue.
