Hi.
We still have the infamous JS function blurLink() in the core.
This function is a workaround for MSIE and is used for TS menu cObjects
TMENU, GMENU, IMGMENU
It is not used, if noBlur=1 is set.
IMHO having this JS function in default TYPO3 HTML sources sucks very much.
A bug has been reported to remove this function completely:
http://forge.typo3.org/issues/20637
That would mean, noBlur can also be removed from TS. (csc and docs)
How to handle this? Deprecate it or simply drop it completely? IMHO it
should be dropped, because it was always just a workaround. I guess it
is also obsolete for MSIE >= 7, isn't it?
