[TYPO3-v4] Add new labels in 4-4

Hi,

As there are many changed labels it would be awesome to have those not
only in 4-5 available but also in 4-4.

Reason:
Extensions can use the new labels and the extension can also be used in
4-4 without needing to do extra work (e.g. hook) to have those labels
available

I am strictly against restructuring the fields itself, I am just talking
about updating the locallangs.
