Wrong.
Whenever I touch a tooltip link, the Safari Browser asks me if the
website should open a popup (and then opens view_help.php). Also the
mini tooltips appears. Especially the popup is very annoying on mobile
devices, but also the tooltips. Chances to accidently touch the tooltip
links are high.

Tested with "AppleWebKit/530.17 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile
Safari/530.17"
