Agree about the general rant about caffein (even if I too drink my green 
tea and coke). I recommend seeing the comparison of spiders nets [1], 
but about sweets... Most of them contain what is usually called "milk 
chocolate", which actually is more fat&sugar with some cocoa flavor... 
To really get cocoa (and so caffein) you would have to choose some 
bitter chocolate bar.
