[TYPO3-v4] TYPO3 4.4 released - easier than ever!

To be honest: It has been more like "replace 30% with something completely different and fix stuff as a side effect of these improvements"
So now we might fix the "last 25%" instead of 20 since there will be a lot of new stuff that still needs some finetuning.

I already proposed a very early feature freeze for 4.5 to focus on all the minor issues but I feel that many "feature freaks" won't like this too much ;-)

After all 4.4 has been a first step in the right direction and it really outperforms 4.3 in almost any area.

Gimme .5 now ;-)
