[TYPO3-v4] Announcing TYPO3 4.5.0beta2

Hi Frank,

thanks for trying it out. Since it "basically works" on most
installations, it might be a problem specific to your environment. If
you could please describe the steps you went to get it running and what
the exceptions were telling you exactly. And maybe some infos about your
environment (phpinfo(), versions, ...) it might help.
