[TYPO3-v4] Announcing TYPO3 4.5.0beta2

Hello guys,

First of all thanks for the team's hard work! I'm very curious about this 
new version. 
I tried an install of the "TYPO3 4.5.0beta2: Introduction Package" on my 
local Ubuntu test site and got several "Uncaught TYPO3 Exception"'s + mass 
file uploader not responding,... It doens't look like an intro package 
because there were no pages etc preconfigured. If wanted I can document 
my experience on Sunday maybe. Can I post this in one block somewhere or 
would you prefer me to post each error in a separate issue on 
bugs.typo3.org?
