Hello

should it be useful to develop a web router that works as realurl 
replacement and supports HTTP options?

With just a good web router it should be easy to deploy RESTful web 
services

If that webrouter looks for a file in every extension directory for 
configuration files it should be easy to deploy your own API

This is not a Webservices framework, neither a eID or another dispatcher 
replacement, it's just a way to map urls and HTTP options with another 
urls and parameters

IHMO there are 2 way to get this ready:
- a realurl modification
- a realurl replacement, i.e. a flow3 web router backport
