[TYPO3-v4] two annoying index_search bugs

Hi Christian,

have you tried the patch "version2.diff" attached to the bug report.
Does this solve your problem? If yes, you can submit an "RFC" to the
core list so that we can review it and that it eventuelly gets into the
core.
