[TYPO3-v4] Simple Content Element API

Hey guys,
Just wanted to followup and let you know that I've added a bugtracker 
issue for this new feature at http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=14015.

You can find a patch against trunk as well as a simple demo extension. 
The demo extension is derived from wec_contentelements so you can look 
to that extension for more complex usage.

I'd appreciate any reviews, testing, and feedback to get this thing 
polished and onto the core list before the feature freeze.
