[TYPO3-mvc] Pagination additional parameters

Hello Jakub

I copied only the Fluid Paginate Template (Index.html) to 
.../Resources/Private/Templates/ViewHelpers/Widget/Paginate/ and no 
Classes files. The TS like 1) is then ok. Test with TypoScirpt Object 
Browser. Set [SYS][displayErrors] = 1 with Install Tool for better error 
messages.
