[TYPO3-mvc] Extensionbuilder relation question

Hi group,

i think this is a very silly question, but i can't answer it myself:

what's the difference between adding a relation from model A as 1:n to 
model B, or adding a relation from model B as n:1 to model A in 
extension builder?

In my case a want to be able to do both, access all B's from A, and for 
all B's i want to get the A.
