[TYPO3-mvc] writing Hook for css_styled_content

Hi Chris

Ich benötige dies, weil mein standardmäßiges Margin den dynamischen abstand aus css_styled_content überschreibt. Und da ich Letzteren nur manchmal erzwingen will ist ein ! IMPORTANT hier eine sinnvolle Lösung.
