[TYPO3-mvc] Fluid Paginate Widget: "insertBelow" causes paginator to be placed above the paginated list

hi everybody,

i encounter some weird behaviour of the fluid paginate widget:

although i set "insertBelow" to "1" the paginator will be placed above the paginated list. if i both set "insertBelow" and "insertAbove" to "1" two paginators will be placed above the paginated list.

i use TYPO3 4.7.4 and could not find any commits for the TYPO3 4.x branches that would fix such a problem. i am not able to test the paginate widget on TYPO3 6.0.

can you reproduce this behaviour?
