But don't despair. I am right now investigating how to hack this View into
4.5, 4.6 and 4.7 too. It will probably require some TS to work and I expect
I will have to copy chunks of code and maintain two copies - but I think
that would be worth it. It's not that much code and it has been stable for
ages in Fluid so I don't expect (m)any changes there.

Will let you know how that turns out.

Then I have bad news for you.

EM will never get this view back, I heard. Nor will it ever be able to upload
to TER again.

To my knowledge there is currently zero options to do these two things on
a 6.0 site. Not in the core and not through any extension in existence. Sad
decision, that one.
