[TYPO3-mvc] Run ControllerAction inside a Hook with 4.5

Hi.

I'd like to run an action in a hook of tcemain. So I have no module or 
plugin context.

Could anyone please point me to an example how to do that.
I have found some snippets, but they seem to be outdated (using 
dispatcher class)
