[TYPO3-mvc] Extbase extension with code sniffer

Hello

File names for files inside Extbase based extension does not validate 
against PHP code sniffer. They fail on "TYPO3.Files.LowercasedFilename" 
sniff. Any hints to fix this problem? or just ignore this sniff?

I am using PHPCS_TYPO3_SniffPool (0.0.3 alpha) and 
PHPCS_TYPO3v4_Standard (0.0.3 alpha) from http://pear.typo3.org/ and 
phpcs 1.3.0RC2 (beta)
