we had a *lot* of demands ;)
No, seriously, I haven't yet seen a use case where this was really 
needed. It is mostly much cleaner anyways to move such logic into the model.
Having said that, of course there are scenarios where that is an 
overkill. But in those cases it's perfectly OK to use a little 
ViewHelper IMO.
