[TYPO3-mvc] extbase query executes updates on calling find methods

Hey,

I'd like most if we could provide a configuration setting (somewhere in
"persistence") which makes Extbase effectively Read-Only. I think this
could quite boost the performance in general :-)

Additionally, I could imagine an additonal annotation which tags certain
actions to be only read-only -- that'd be practical as well.

Do you want to look into that, or do you need some hints?
