[TYPO3-mvc] RFC #9152: Mix-up in trunk for Extbase version

done. But now FLUID might complain for a incompatible extbase version as 
it only allows up to 1.2.9999 or so. Sebastian (or any FLUID member), 
could you please update the extbase requirements in FLUID trunk?
