[TYPO3-mvc] Mix-up in trunk for Extbase version

Hi,

According to [1], trunk version of Extbase should be 1.3.0-devel but 
ext_emconf.php says "1.2.0" while version in branch extbase_1-2 says 
'1.2.1'.

Solution: update version in ext_emconf.php of trunk.

Info: in Fluid-trunk, the version is "1.3.0-devel", this is correct

Issue created as [2].
