[TYPO3-mvc] Catchable fatal error in Classes/Dispatcher.php

Hallo,
ich habe folgendes problem nachdem ich nun trunk, extbase und fluid 
geupdatet habe auf einer Seite wo ich eine extbased Extension verwende:

Catchable fatal error: Argument 4 passed to 
t3lib_cache_Factory::create() must be an array, null given, called in 
/SERVER/typo3/trunk/typo3/sysext/extbase/Classes/Dispatcher.php on line 
106 and defined in 
/SERVER/typo3/trunk/t3lib/cache/class.t3lib_cache_factory.php on line 71

Does anyone know about this, is there any change I need to take in my 
extension, since the last updates?
