[TYPO3-ttnews] extend tx_news with extra database fields

Yeah tried that to, but somehow in TYPO3 6.1 the field is only added if 
you name the pallette.

The $TCA reference says about addFieldsToPalette():
"Since TYPO3 4.5 the "pages" and "tt_content" input forms were totally
reorganized for increased usability. For reasons of flexibility, 
palettes were used intensively for all fields and not just for secondary 
options."

If I interpret this right this would mean that paletteAuthor should not 
only exists as a secondary option to the author field.
