[TYPO3-ttnews] Bug in selected categories' list

Jamie,
1. Are you trying to remove a category from a single news post?
   You do this by opening the post to edit it and then click the 
categories tab. On the categories tab select the category you want to 
remove from the left box and then click the 'x' button. You should see 
it disappear. then click 'save' or 'save and close' at the top.

2. or from the list of available categories?
To do this you need to know where the list of categories is stored in 
TYPO3. Use the list view from the Web menu and start with the general 
system folder and check the root folder of the new section. Once you 
find the listing of news categories you can click the icon next to the 
category name you wish to delete and from the pop-up context menu click 
delete. The page will refresh and the category should be gone.

If you do not have the proper access rights/privileges to remove a news 
category you will have to ask the TYPO3 admin to do it for you or change 
your privileges to allow you to manage the categories.
