[TYPO3-ttnews] tx_news: Language fallback of category names in Backend/Frontend does not work

thanks for feedback.

I don't consider a simple language fallback for a category-binding, which is even stored as comma-separated values in the parent 
an edge, but rather a default case. An enterprise CMS like TYPO3 should be able to handle that, and it has done this for years...

So in regards to your answer I will debug into extbase handling these queries. With the default extbase query-settings I assumed,
that extbase first queries the record in the default language and then does the overlay. Thus if no category is found in the localized
record and the TCA l10n_mode of that field is correctly set, the category simply should be taken from the parent record.

I will give you feedback, if i find out more...
