[TYPO3-ttnews] No archiv link if LATEST has no items

Hello,

It just happened that on a news page were no items anymore because all have 
been archived. That's as expected, but I was surprised that also the link to 
the archiv is not displayed anymore.

I have found templates for ###TEMPLATE_SEARCH_EMPTY### and 
###TEMPLATE_ARCHIVE_NOITEMS###, but not if LATEST hast no items. Did I 
missed something or is this supposed behavior?
