[TYPO3-ttnews] Upgraded to 3.0 and links in the front end have vanished

Hello,

I have update tt_news to version 3 and on one of our sites links in the 
bodycontent are not made, tehy show up in the BE. P tags seem to have been 
made BR tags too.

Does anyone know what may have caused this?
