[TYPO3-ttnews] Menu by categories

Hi!

I need to create information structure based on categories with pages as
holders for news (link internal page). But how i can create the menu? By
using CATMENU with long (or not so long?) precision tuning, or by some magic
snippet next to CATMENU?

Also i want to use RealURL links for ex:
mydomain/category1/category2/category3/pid. Is it possible?

Any advices?
