[TYPO3-ttnews] possible bug: BE category selector, non-admin user

I recall I saw such a problem myself a while back ago.  What happened to
me was the sysFolder that's created to store news articles and categories
didn't give access to other groups of users.  So check Web->Access of your
news sysfolder and see who have what access to it.
