[TYPO3-ttnews] FE-Editing Edit Panel only once for List

Hi there,

I call the edit panel with:

plugin.tt_news.displayList.title_stdWrap.editPanel = 1
plugin.tt_news.displayList.title_stdWrap.editPanel.allow =  new

This way I have it for every single news item.
What I want is only one panel on a page, for adding entries to a list.
Wrapping the whole list...is that possible ?
