[TYPO3-ttnews] Problems with NF_Downloads and Typo3 version 4.0

I have problems with NF_Downloads extension in Typo3  v.4, the file 
pi1/passdownload.php it uses tslib folder and i can't find it in my source 
files. How can i solve this problem?

Is there any other extension for control the downloads in version 4?
