[TYPO3-ttnews] Error: File "/web/www.coppes.nl/htdocs/typo3conf/ext/tt_news/" could not be created!!!

Hi All,

Everytime I installl the latest tt_news version on any server I have 
(debian, redhat, fedora) I always get:
Error: File "/web/www.demosite.nl/htdocs/typo3conf/ext/tt_news/" could not 
be created!!!

I just go to import extensions from online repository, search for tt_news 
and install it. As soon as it's installed I get:
Error: File "/web/www.demosite.nl/htdocs/typo3conf/ext/tt_news/" could not 
be created!!!

Anyone an idea what I am doing wrong?
