[TYPO3-timtab] Installing Timtab -- making progress

Ok, getting there.

Reading through the manuals of some of the other templates helped (maybe 
just reading the same thing over & over).  Everything we've done to date 
has been tv based, we've never actually placed extensions just with 
typoscript.

All that seems left now is getting the calendar to show up, is there 
something special I need to do for that?  I've set the targetpid and 
pid_list values, how do I actually get it to show on the page though?
