here are the solutions for the problems:

1) TS setup:
plugin.tx_timtab.clearPageCacheOnUpdate = 1,2

2) TS setup:
plugin.tx_timtab.displayCatMenu.targetPid = 1

3) TS constants:
plugin.tt_news.archiveTypoLink.parameter = 1
