this is AFAIK related to another bug:
When saving a post TIMTAB needs to get some TS configuration. If you 
store your posts in a sysfolder and have some pageNotFound handling 
activated this results in this error as TS will be generated like in a 
FE view. As sysfolders aren't visible in FE it results in th error 
described...
